Our Mission

We offer consultations and follow up care through a monthly membership that gives you more time with your doctor, the ability to communicate with your care team on a regular basis through text or email, and same-day or next-day appointments as needed.
In addition, to help meet the needs of our community, we are offering Urgent Care visits starting October 1, 2023.

We also provide a unique healthy living membership for patients with Medicare.

We do not bill third-party insurances. Though we recommend all patients have health insurance, we do not require you to have insurance in order to sign up for our membership. If you have insurance, you may choose to have any outside facility bill your insurance for labs or imaging ordered. If you have insurance, you may choose to have an outside pharmacy bill your insurance for any prescribed medications. We are not an insurance company. If you do not have insurance we will do our best to order only necessary labs, imaging, and prescription medications in the most affordable way possible.

We offer high-quality care for common conditions like colds, coughs, allergies, minor injuries, and urinary or genital symptoms (urinary tract infections or vaginitis).

Sexual Health
Your sexual health is important. We want to help you feel your best and prioritize your health in all areas of your life, including your sex life.
All things sex, including but not limited to: contraception or preconception counseling, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (including PrEP), evaluation and treatment for common urological or gynecological complaints (urinary tract infections, vaginal or penile discharge or new lesions/rashes), evaluation and treatment of low sexual desire or sexual dysfunction, including painful sex, evaluation and management of abnormal menstrual cycles and/or menopausal symptoms, and gender affirming care for ALL.

$225 for a one-time visit with a physician in the comfort of your own home. May include review of a self-collected specimen under microscope and/or further lab testing* if necessary. For contraceptive management or other conditions requiring prescriptions, we offer up to 6 months of refills sent to your pharmacy.

$125/month for a comprehensive sexual wellness package that includes an in-depth consultation and ongoing management of your sexual health and wellness as a whole. All things related to your mood, including but not limited to: feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, evaluation and treatment for depression, anxiety, panic disorder, insomnia, trauma-informed care for survivors of violence, and many other common mental health concerns.

We will help you prioritize yourself in the following 8 areas of your life: sleep, mindfulness, nutrition, moving your body, making time for you, for creativity, and for fostering positive relationships and community.

We will create a customized wellness plan for you with built in accountability and coaching. Family/Infant Care
The first few weeks after you bring your baby home are some of the most rewarding and special moments in life, but they can also be the most challenging.
We are thrilled to offer in home care for you and your infant from when you get home from the hospital through the first 2 months to help provide lactation and parenting support, postpartum care, as well as monitoring your infant’s growth and development.
